Guided tours begin punctually at the indicated time. The tolerance time to join the tour is 10 minutes (from the time stated in the reservation). Once that time has passed, it will not be possible to join the tour and there will be no refunds.
During the tour, 14 floors are ascended by elevator, and the last 8 floors are inevitably by stairs, going through narrow areas.
At the beginning of the tour the guide will indicate the guidelines that must be followed throughout the tour. In case of not complying with them, Palacio Barolo Tours reserves the right of admission and permanence.
Guided tours are not cancelled due to bad weather conditions (rain, strong winds, etc.). The facilities and sectors visited are covered.
Photos or “selfies” generated in the Barolo facilities cannot put the person taking them at physical risk or disturb the serenity of other visitors.
If the guided tour is suspended or rescheduled by Palacio Barolo Tours, you may choose to request a full refund of the reservation or to reschedule a new date within 30 days of the original booking date.
In order to visit the Barolo Palace, tour it and even ascend to the lighthouse, you must book a guided tour, since it is not allowed to tour the building on your own.
Booking the guided tour can be done virtually or in person. You can access our website or go to the Information Centers located in Barolo Passage (Av. de Mayo 1370 and Hipólito Irigoyen 1371).
